JANUARY
DOUBLES TENNIS TOURNAMENT
January 5th, Saturday
Central Oahu Regional Park – Tennis Complex
Join us for a day of tennis! Players sign up as individuals and will be matched at each set with a different partner. Each participant will receive a goodie bag, snacks and beverages. Team awards and random door prizes.
FEBRUARY
HAWAIIAN TELCOM GREAT ALOHA RUN
February 18th, Monday
The staff of UCPA of Hawaii would like to invite our board members, family and friends to join us for a competitive jog or leisure walk of 8.15 miles from Aloha Tower to the Aloha Stadium. The Great Aloha Run - “Ke Kukini Me Ke Aloha Pauo’ole” The Race With Compassionate Love.

THE 21st ANNUAL GREAT HAWAIIAN RUBBER DUCKIE RACE & FESTIVAL
March 29th, Saturday
Ala Wai Canal
UCPA’s favorite rubber duckies will take their 21st annual dive in the infamous waters of the Ala Wai Canal. If your duckie is one of the top 50 finishers, you could win some great prizes. There will be pre-race festivities from 9:00 a.m., with local entertainment, games and duckie paraphernalia, at the McCully Shopping Center. Race time: 1:21 p.m. It is always a duckie of a time!

JUNE
CASUAL DAY
June 18th, Wednesday
The last Wednesday before summer begins will be Hawaii’s official day of Casual Day. It marks a time of celebration for businesses across the nation where employees will dress down for a cause. For a $5 donation, UCPA will issue you a button that states you are “casual” because you care.
JULY
THE 17TH GREAT WAIKOLOA RUBBER DUCKIE RACE
July 4th, Friday
Lakeside at Waikoloa Kings’ Shops
Kings’ Shops will again, for the 17th year, sponsor the Waikoloa Rubber Duckie Race. Our fine-feathered friends must not only paddle the length of the pond at Kings’ Shops, but must also fair the UCPA of Hawaii strong winds that are so unpredictable on the Big Island. For a $5 donation, you can adopt your own darling little duckies and cheer him/her on to a victorious finish. There’s always great entertainment, prizes and an evening fireworks show!

Ala Moana Beach Park
A great morning event that pit teams of boat builders against the clock and the sea.

DESSERT FANTASY
Gourmet Group Luncheon

Pacific Beach Hotel – Neptune’s Restaurant
The Gourmet Group luncheon, which starts at 11:00 a.m., includes; five (5) individually created courses paired with wine or champagne, additional ticket to the Dessert Fantasy Extravaganza on November 2nd, premiere dessert sampling and VIP seating at Dessert Fantasy.

One of the tastiest events in town! General admission is from 1:00 p.m., and includes 2-hours of continuous dessert samplings, silent auction, door prizes and entertainment.
