Foundation Office The United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii – Foundation is a non-profit organization set up solely to support United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii (UCPA). The Foundation runs an island-wide donation pick-up service. Beginning business in October 1994, we have seen community support grow steadily. Our generous donors enable us to provide much-needed funding for programs and services for those with Cerebral Palsy, and similar service needs, in the State of Hawaii. The reusable clothing and small household items collected are sold in bulk to a thrift store company. While providing funding for UCPA, we’re also able to help reduce the burden on the landfills as well. Donated goods are recycled rather than discarded.
